GOOD TO KNOWYlös
- If you are not able to fill in the reference number when paying for your order, always remember to tell us your delivery number and email!
- All prices are in euros.
- All prices include VAT (23%), except some printed products that include VAT (9%).
- If you live outside the EU, you might have to pay customs taxes for your order. The amount depends on where you live and what you have ordered. For more information, please contact your nearest customs office.
- We only sell official merchandise products.



HOW TO ORDERYlös
Ordering is very easy: just search our website, find the products you want and add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When you're done, please click the "Checkout" button on the left side. Now enter your name and address information, email, payment method and choice of shipping: priority, registered delivery (comes with a tracking code and is as fast as a priority shipping) or economy (very slow). After filling out the necessary information and placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email including all the information about your order, instructions for making a payment and a link to the page where you can follow the progress of your order. On this page, you can check your order status and/or cancel it, if you wish.

If you choose to pay "Directly to Bank Account", or by "PayPal" or "Credit Card", you’ll have to make the payment before we will process your order. When we receive your payment, we'll handle your order the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). Once your order has been processed, you'll get an email notification.

If you choose to pay by "Cash on Delivery" (NOTE! AVAILABLE ONLY IN FINLAND), you’ll need to confirm your order by replying to the confirmation email. After that, your order will be processed the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). When your order has been processed, you'll get an email notification.




PAYING ORDERYlös
Always remember to mention your delivery number when making a payment, OR, if you're paying by bank transfer, always use the reference number given in the email confirmation sent to your email.

If you live outside Finland, you have five options for paying your order.

Credit Card

After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email with the total amount of your order, delivery number and a link to the credit card payment page. This page is completely secure, so you can give your credit card information without any concern of someone getting their hands on them. In case you paid your order directly in our web shop after placing your order, you naturally don't need to make the payment again.

PayPal

After you've placed your order, we’ll send you an email with the total amount of your order, delivery number and a link to the PayPal payment page. This page is completely secure, so you can give your credit card information without any concern of someone getting their hands on them. For PayPal payments, we have to charge a PayPal surcharge, which is 3-5 % from the total amount of your order. The exact fee is told to you before processing your order. In case you paid your order directly in our web shop after placing an order, you naturally don't need to make the payment again.

Directly to Bank Account (Payment by any bank, payment by Osuuspanki Kultaraha, Payment by Nordea Solo)

After you've accepted your order, we’ll send you an email with our bank information, delivery number, reference number and the total amount of your order. With this information, you can make the payment in your internet bank (in case you have one) or in your bank office. If you live outside the EU, we have to charge you a surcharge of 6,73 euros for our bank fee. If this fee is not charged, we will return the money with your order. In case you paid your order directly in our web shop after placing an order, you naturally don't need to make the payment again.


If you live in Finland, you also have the possibility of paying your order by Cash on Delivery.

Cash on Delivery (ONLY IN FINLAND!)

After placing your order, you’ll need to validate it by replying to the confirmation email you receive. After that, we'll process your order on the next "handling day" (check Delivery Time). When the package arrives to your post office, they’ll send you a note, and you can pick it up and pay the order at the post office.



SHIPPING COSTSYlös
The shipping costs depend on the customer's location and the size of the order. When ordering online, your shipping costs are automatically updated in real time on the top left part of the screen, so you can see the costs for Economy and Priority mail. If you want to use Registered delivery, you can choose the option at the checkout and see the cost.

Please note that for COD orders, there's a COD surcharge of 3.65 eur.

DELIVERY TIMEYlös
Your order will usually be packed and shipped on the following day of receiving your payment/confirmation. This is called "Handling day". NOTE!! If your order includes pre-sale item(s), the WHOLE order will be shipped when the pre-sale item(s) become available. The delivery time to Finland should not exceed two workdays counted from shipping. Below you can find some examples of delivery times to other countries.

PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT?Ylös
We don't ship broken or faulty products, but if for some reason you'll receive a broken or faulty product, we’ll change it to a proper one without any cost (Check: Returning/Changing the Product).



RETURNING / CHANGING THE PRODUCTSYlös
All our products have a full 14-day return and exchange policy. Please include our return form (can be found below in part "Download Return Form") stating your order number, email, name, address and the reason for returning the product. Please also state whether you want the product(s) replaced or your money back. Returns have to be made within 14 days after receiving the product(s). However, accepting you return requires that the product is intact and it hasn't been used (except if the product has already been broken or faulty when you received it).

Outside FInland we are not responsible for postage charges incurred by exchanging or returning products. In case of exchange we will however pay the postages for sending new items.

PLEASE NOTE! Make sure you ask for a receipt for your return, so that in case your parcel gets lost in the mail, the postal service will take full responsibility. Unfortunately, we can't take any responsibility for items lost in the mail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between the customer and this web shop shall be governed by Finnish law. This web shop follows the recommendations of the Finnish Consumer Authority.

Purpose of the register:
