Use product links to navigate product categories. Do not use the back/forward buttons on your browser for navigation, because it might confuse the shopping cart.

| SHOPPING CART | | |

You can add products to the shopping cart by choosing the desired quantity from the Product info page and pressing the button ”Add to Cart”. Your current shopping cart is always visible on the left panel. If you want to edit the products in your cart, you can press the ”Edit Cart” button on the left panel. You can then change the quantity or remove items. If you want to change the quantity of a product, type in the desired quantity in the ”Qty” box and press the ”Update” link. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the ”Remove” link.

| SENDING AN ORDER | | |

When you’re done with shopping, press the ”Pay the Order” button on the left panel. Please fill in all the required information and place your order by pressing the ”Send Order” button. As soon as you’ve sent your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the necessary information for paying/confirming your order. This email also contains instructions for canceling your order.

| NOT WORKING? | | |
It is possible that something goes wrong and you’ll get an error message during your shopping. Don't panic. Here's a little checklist for troubleshooting:
-Did you use the "BACK" or "PREVIOUS" buttons on your browser? Always navigate with the shop’s own links. Otherwise, something might go wrong.
-How about your cookies? Even though this shop works without cookies, you should enable them on your browser and try again. Unfortunately, various browsers work in different ways, and cookies might be needed to make everything work as planned.
-If you have problems to pay with your credit card, try enabling the cookies. If this doesn’t help, try again later (there might be a temporary error at the Luottokunta credit card payment site). If none of these tips helps, please contact us via the contact form by clicking the "Contact" link.
